Charming, expanding hotel in the Lagoa da Conceição region, close to Mole and Joaquina beaches.
The location is excellent, but it doesn't have any panoramic views, it's on a quiet street.
The facilities are extremely comfortable and the accessories are top of the line. The attention from managers and the governance team is impeccable: personalized, helpful and helping in every possible aspect.
Highlights: it was the bed in which I slept most comfortably in recent years, sheets and towels from Trussardi, bath products from L'Occitane and the breakfast: exquisite and plentiful, with the charm of being able to serve it in your own room. There is a spa service that we were unable to use due to the relatively short stay.
All in all, it was a memorable experience and one that I would recommend to everyone who could enjoy it at least once when coming to Florianópolis.
It's expensive: but every penny was well spent.

Simplesmente uma experiência maravilhosa, eu e minha amiga passamos o final de semana e não poderia ter sido melhor, fomos super bem recebidas pelos funcionários principalmente o João que deu todo o auxílio pra gente sempre sendo solícito. O quarto sempre arrumado e limpo pelo menos duas vezes ao dia e o café da manhã ótimo. Super indico esse hotel pra quem quer ter uma experiência exclusiva e diferenciada dos demais hotéis

Passamos o final de semana e foi tudo IMPECAVEL!!! Atendimento super cordial de todos os funcionários, limpeza nota 1000, roupas de cama e banho impecáveis, uma cama maravilhosa, tudo perfeito! Eu sugiro ( minha preferência) que coloquem o café da manhã em Buffet, acho que fica mais cômodo do hospede pegar o que quiser , quanto quiser. ( apesar que isso não é problema mesmo com o a la carte). Voltaremos com certeza!

L’hotel è situato in posizione strategica per visitare Floripa. In meno di un’ora si raggiungono, anche quando le strade sono trafficate, sia il nord che il sud dell’isola. E’ a pochi metri dalla laguna e dall’imbarco verso Barra de Lagoa e Costa da Lagoa. Abbiamo soggiornato in hotel 8 giorni durante i quali ci siamo sentiti supportati e assistiti in ogni richiesta da uno staff impeccabile che parla perfettamente inglese, a differenza di quasi tutto il resto dell’isola. Gentilezza, professionalità e un servizio al top in ogni occasione. L’hotel è una casa con un fascino d’altri tempi, con arredi ricercati. Ottima la colazione che può essere servita, a propria scelta, in giardino, al ristorante (una splendida orangerie con vetri cattedrali) o in camera. Complimenti a tutto lo staff!

Funcionários maravilhosos e cordiais. Estacionamento gratuito e amplo. Hotel muito bem localizado. Café da manhã bom. O banheiro merece reforma, além do chuveiro ser fraco. A tv do quarto é muito pequena, nao consegui ver um filme legendado de tão pequena. O hotel no geral é muito bom mas por ser 5 estrelas e pelo preço que cobram precisa de um refinamento em todos os aspectos.

I recently experienced an excellent 5 day stay at the beautiful Hotel Boutique Quinta das Videiras in Florianopolis, Brasil. I was welcomed personally by hotel management upon arrival and escorted to an outstanding room with an excellent view of the lush surrounding gardens and pool. The hotel location is very convenient to many restaurants, bars and a nice supermarket. There are also many beautiful beaches all around this island to choose from. I can't say enough about the attentive and gracious hotel staff members. Each and every one of them was fantastic and made my time there most enjoyable and comfortable. It was a very memorable hotel stay on a beautiful Brasilian island. I hope to return someday. Steve
